The sun was setting in Paris, painting the sky in shades of pink and orange. The Eiffel Tower stood tall, sparkling with its lights. The streets were busy with people, all enjoying the charm of the city.

A sleek black limousine stopped outside a luxurious hotel. A crowd of photographers and fans gathered, excited to see who was inside. The car door opened slowly, and a pair of tall heels stepped out.

A stunning girl emerged, her long, wavy hair shining under the streetlights. She wore a red dress that hugged her perfect figure.

She waved to the crowd with a small smile, her bold eyes scanning the crowd. Cameras flashed, capturing her beauty from every angle.

This girl was not just a model or actress. She was also a sharp businesswoman. She had earned respect not only for her looks but also for her smart decisions.

As she walked into the hotel, a name echoed through the crowd, whispered in awe—"Kiara."

Kiara turned slightly and smiled at her fans before disappearing into the grand hotel lobby.

Kiara stepped into the grand hotel lobby. The marble floors sparkled under the soft golden lights. A line of hotel staff stood waiting for her, holding bouquets and wrapped gifts.

"Welcome to our hotel, Ma’am. We are so grateful to have you here," the manager said with a big smile, bowing slightly.

"Thank you," Kiara replied gracefully, her smile warm yet elegant.

Some guests staying at the hotel gathered nearby. They couldn’t miss this chance to meet her.

"Can we take a picture with you?" one of them asked shyly.

Kiara nodded kindly.

"Of course," she said, her voice gentle.

She posed with them, smiling for their photos.

After a few minutes, the crowd grew larger. Kiara’s bodyguards, standing nearby, stepped forward to control the situation. Kiara raised her hand slightly, signaling them to gently move the people aside.

With the way cleared, Kiara walked toward the elevator. She entered, her heels clicking softly on the floor. She pressed the button for her floor, her face calm and collected.

The elevator doors closed, and Kiara leaned back for a moment, her sharp eyes looking at the glowing floor numbers.

The lift pinged softly, and the doors slid open. Kiara stepped out.

The corridor was quiet and elegantly decorated. She walked through it. Stopping in front of a door, she raised her hand and knocked gently.

The door opened, and her best friend, Rhea Oberoi, appeared. Rhea looked at her with one eyebrow raised, her expression half-amused and half-annoyed.

"Haa aunty, yeh dekhiye. Aa gayi aapki beti." Rhea said into her phone, tilting it slightly to show Kiara to the other person on the video call.

Kiara gave a small, playful smirk.

"Mumma, mujhe itna miss karna band kar dijiye. Aapki beti safe hai." she said teasingly, leaning slightly toward the phone screen.

Rhea shook her head and stepped aside, letting Kiara enter the room.

"You’re late, as always." Rhea said with mock irritation, crossing her arms.

Kiara laughed lightly, tossing her bag onto the couch. "Fashionably late, darling. That’s my style."

"Kiara." She heard the voice of her mother, Megha Singhania.

Kiara took the phone from Rhea's hand and said, "Haa mumma."

"Beta, tu kab aa vaapis rahi hai? Sab tera kabse intezar kar rahe hain. Humne toh tujhe vaha sirf padhne bheja tha. Ab apna career bhi vahi se karegi kya?" Megha asked, her voice breaking slightly with tears.

Kiara sighed and sat on the edge of the bed. "Mumma, aap meri fikr mat karo. Main yaha bilkul thik hoon."

"Beta, thik hone ki baat nahi hai. Yeh ghar tera hai, tere bina khali lagta hai. Tere papa bhi tujhse milne ko taras rahe hain. Har din teri baatein karte hain." Megha said emotionally.

Kiara closed her eyes for a moment. "Mumma, aap samajhiye. Yaha mujhe bahut kaam hai. Abhi sirf do saal huye mujhe modelling aur acting ke career mein. Mujhe aur aage badhna hai. Sab chhod ke abhi nahi aa sakti."

"Beta, kaam toh poori zindagi chalta rahega. Aur apna career bhi yaha bana sakti hai. Par ghar ke log hamesha nahi rukte. Kabhi toh apne maa-baap, apne parivaar ke baare mein soch." Megha said, her tears now visible.

Kiara took a deep breath, her heart aching to hear her mother like this. "Mumma, main aapke aur papa ke bina kuch nahi hoon. Aap meri duniya ho."

"Toh fir aa ja na beta. Ab bohot hua. Kabse intezar kar rahe hai tera." Megha pleaded softly.

Rhea gave Kiara a look, silently urging her to say yes. Kiara bit her lip, trying to hold back her emotions.

Finally, she smiled faintly. “Theek hai, mumma. Main kal raat ki flight le leti hoon. Main jaldi hi India waapas aa jaungi.”

Megha’s voice brightened immediately. "Sach, beta? Tu aayegi na?"

"Haa mumma." Kiara smiled seeing Megha's brightening eyes.

"Humesha ke liye. Esa nahi ki humse mil kar ek mahine baad vaapis chali jaaye " Megha said in a sterned voice.

"Are haa baba. Of course humesha ke liye hi aaungi na. Mai kabhi yaha basne ke baare mein nahi socha mumma. Mai apne mumma papa ke saath hi rahungi." Kiara said.

Megha’s face lit up with happiness. "Mujhe pata tha meri bacchi kabhi mujhe chhodke nahi jaa sakta." she said, her voice full of love.

Kiara smiled, "Aap aur papa ke bina main kaise reh sakti hoon, mumma? Aap dono aur humari family hi meri life ho."

"Ab toh mujhe bas kal ka intezar hai. Main tujhe apni godh mein leke hi rahungi!" Megha said excitedly, laughing through her happy tears.

Kiara laughed softly. "Mumma, abhi bhi mujhe godh mein le logi? Main ab badi ho gayi hoon."

"Mere liye tu hamesha meri chhoti si gudiya hi rahegi." Megha replied lovingly.

Rhea, standing nearby, smiled at their conversation. She whispered, "See? I told you, you should go back."

Kiara nodded, "Mumma, aap tension mat lo. Main kal flight le rahi hoon."

“Yeh sunke mera din ban gaya, beta. Tere papa, Avyansh aur baaki sabko ko batati hoon, sab khush ho jaayenge." Megha said.

“Haa aur unhe meri taraf se hug dena, aur kehna ki main jaldi aa rahi hoon." Kiara said sweetly.

"Bilkul, beta. Hum sab tera intezar karenge." Megha said softly.

"Love you, mumma." Kiara said.

"Love you too, beta." Megha replied, her voice tender.

As Kiara ended the call, she felt a deep sense of relief and happiness. Rhea placed a hand on her shoulder.

"You did the right thing.” Rhea said.

Kiara nodded, "There’s no place like home."

"Vaise tu bhi aa rahi hai na." Kiara asked while moving towards the vanity table.

"Haa aur vaise bhi mai toh kal jaane hi wali thi na. Bhul gayi kya?" Rhea said.

"Oh haan na. Tu kal jaane wali thi. Ab dono saath mein jaayenge." Kiara said while removing her fingers.

"Haa chale toh jaayenge but what will you say to James? He wanted you to be lead actress for his next movie." Rhea said.

"I will deny as I have no other option in it." Kiara said.

"Yaa but he will feel bad. You promised him for this movie." Rhea said.

"Yaa I promised him. But I have to deny. Even I am missing everyone. And hearing mumma, I want to go back to her. She is calling me back since two years and I had always kept denying. But now I can't." Kiara said.

Rhea watched Kiara carefully as she spoke, "I know, Kiara. Aunty’s been waiting for you for so long. But James won’t take this easily. He’s been planning this movie around you."

Kiara sighed and picked up a makeup remover wipe. "I know, Rhea. It’s not an easy decision for me either. But family comes first. James will understand that."

Rhea leaned against the bedpost. "Do you really think he’ll understand? Hollywood doesn’t wait for anyone, Kiara. This could be a big deal for your career."

Kiara turned to look at her, "Rhea, I’ve been running after my career for years now. I’ve missed so many family moments. I can’t do it anymore. This movie can wait. My family can’t. Moreover I will continue my career from India."

Rhea nodded slowly. "You’re right. Family is everything. But still, you should talk to James personally. Don’t just send an email or something."

Kiara smiled faintly. "Of course, I’ll call him. I owe him that much. He’s been a great mentor and friend to me. But I’ll explain everything to him."

"Good. So, when are you going to call him?" Rhea asked.

"Tomorrow morning, before we leave for the airport." Kiara replied, brushing her hair back. "I don’t want to leave things unfinished."

Rhea gave her a small smile. "You’ve changed, Kiara. The old you would’ve prioritized work over everything. But now, you’re putting your family first."

Kiara paused for a moment, thinking about Rhea’s words. "Maybe I’ve grown up. Or maybe I just realized what really matters in life."

Rhea chuckled softly. "Either way, I’m proud of you. Aunty and everyone will be so happy to see you."

Kiara nodded, her eyes soft with emotion. "I hope so. I’ve been away for too long. It’s time to go back where I belong."

Kiara and Rhea sat in a cozy corner of a stylish restaurant. The place was quiet, with soft music playing in the background.

Kiara glanced at her watch. "He’s late." she said, tapping her fingers lightly on the table.

Rhea sipped her coffee. "Relax, Kiara. You know James always takes his time. He’ll be here soon."

Kiara leaned back in her chair, looking thoughtful. " just hope he understands my decision, Rhea. I don’t want to hurt him."

"He will." Rhea said confidently. "He respects you, Kiara. He knows you have your reasons."

Just then, the door opened, and James William walked in. His tall frame and confident stride made heads turn. He spotted them and waved with a cheerful smile.

"There he is." Rhea said, pointing towards him.

James walked over to their table and greeted them warmly. "Ladies! Sorry I’m late. Got stuck in traffic."

"It’s okay, James." Kiara said with a small smile. "We just got here a few minutes ago."

James sat down and looked at them. "So, what’s the big news? Rhea said you have something important to discuss."

Kiara exchanged a quick glance with Rhea before taking a deep breath. "James, I’ve made a decision. I… I can’t do the movie."

James froze for a moment, his smile fading. "What do you mean? You were so excited about it."

"I know." Kiara said softly. "But I have to go back to India. My family needs me, and I can’t stay away any longer."

James leaned back, "Kiara, this movie was written with you in mind. You’re the lead. Without you, the project will take a hit."

"I understand, James. But my family has been waiting for me for years. I can’t keep them waiting anymore." Kiara said.

James sighed, rubbing his temples. "This is tough, Kiara. But… I get it. Family comes first."

Kiara smiled faintly. "Thank you for understanding, James. It means a lot to me."

James nodded. "You’re one of the best actresses I’ve worked with, Kiara. Losing you for this project is hard, but I respect your choice."

Rhea chimed in, "James, you know Kiara would never do this unless it was really important."

"I know." James said with a small smile. "And I hope you know the door is always open for you, Kiara. Whenever you’re ready, we’ll work together again."

Kiara’s eyes softened. "Thank you, James. That means so much to me."

They spent the rest of the evening chatting, sharing memories, and enjoying their meal.

After dinner, Kiara, Rhea, and James stood outside the restaurant. The cool night breeze brushed past them.

“Thank you for coming, James,” Kiara said with a small smile.

James nodded. “Take care, Kiara. And safe travels to India.”

“Thanks,” Kiara replied. “We’ll catch up soon.”

Rhea waved at him. “Bye, James! Don’t work too hard.”

James chuckled. “You know me. Work is my life. Bye, ladies!”

He walked toward his car, and Kiara and Rhea turned toward their hotel, just a short walk away.

The streets were quiet, lit by soft streetlights. Kiara pulled her jacket closer as they walked.

“Today went better than I thought,” Kiara said.

“I told you he would understand,” Rhea said with a smile. “James is a good guy.”

Kiara nodded. “Yeah, I’m lucky to have friends like him… and you.”

Rhea grinned. “Don’t get too emotional now. You still have to pack!”

Kiara laughed softly. “Don’t remind me. I hate packing.”

They reached their hotel and walked through the lobby. The staff greeted them warmly as always.

Inside their room, Kiara kicked off her heels and sank onto the couch. “Finally, some peace.”

Rhea dropped her bag on the bed. “Peace? You have a lot to do before tomorrow. Don’t forget our flight.”

Kiara groaned. “I know. But can I rest for five minutes first?”

Rhea laughed. “Fine. Five minutes. Then we start packing.”

Kiara smiled, closing her eyes for a moment.

I love writing stories that are full of emotions and excitement. It makes me happy to create characters who feel deeply and love strongly. Writing is my favorite way to share stories about romance, action, and drama. One of the things I enjoy most is writing about love. Romance is a big part of my stories. I like to show how two people come together, fall in love, and build a deep connection. Their love can be sweet and caring or passionate and intense. It is exciting to show their journey and how they grow closer through challenges and happy moments. I also love adding action to my stories. Action scenes make the story thrilling and keep the readers interested. Whether it is a fight, a chase, or a dangerous situation, these moments add tension and excitement. Action brings out the strong and brave side of the characters, making their love and bond even more powerful. Drama is another thing I enjoy including in my writing. It keeps the story emotional and interesting.
